difficult to use. instructions not helpful

I Tunes is very vague and not user friendly i plan on pawning this thing off on someone that can make sense of it. i am done with Apple

I wanted AM radio reception...no such luck.

Randomly turns off during run and doesn't save the progress that was made before the random turn off. I looked on a sites and did the suggested fixes. Didn't help. Hoping I can return it.
