Small, light weight, intuitive to use and reliable. The only drawbacks, which have existed for as long as I can remember, are the durability of the cord and the price. Other than that, this pricy little iPod Nano works like a champ.

I wanted a music player that was small and not bulky like my phone when I'm exercising to listen to my songs. Sound quality is excellent for such a small size and the home screen is very easy to use. Still exploring all the options available but works great so far. Need to learn more about how to set up playlists but I'm sure it won't take me long to figure it out.

I got this to listen to my music at the gym. I find my phone to be too bulky to carry in my pocket while I'm working out. I use the Bluetooth feature & it paired easily with my Powerbeats wireless headphones. Very easy to use. It comes with a cool fitness app, but I haven't tried it yet.

My old iPod nano (2nd gen) took a dip in a hot tub so it was time to upgrade and this new version doesn't disappoint. I was worried about too many bells and whistles but this version retains the basics of the original but provides some nice new options. Oh yes, the increased memory is a huge improvement and now I have my entire digital library at my fingertips!

My very first iPod purchase and the Nano is perfect for my needs. Purchased specifically for podcasts. Easy to use, no complicated settings or programming. iPod, earbuds, and connection cord all fit in small carrying case. Very pleased.

So they say an apple a day keeps the doctor away. I agree the nano is the perfect Apple to take to the gym, it's small and works great for keeping on your body to workout with. I also love it to take to work and use it saves my phone battery and allows me to listen music, radio, podcasts, and even movies or shows. Price is fair for this small companion.

It has worked well as I planned to use on my Motorcycle to listen to tunes, Bluetooth to a Beats Pill using a handle bar Clamp by Beats. My bike is a Six pipe Six cylinder Valkyrie and is loud. The Beats Pill with the Tunes supplied by the iPod Nano is good enough. I purchased a protective case for the Nano at Best Buy and that case has a carabiner so you can clip it to your belt loop or for women an option to connect to a purse?

Easy to use on-screen navigation, Thin enough for a shirt pocket, large music capacity, great color choices. This replaced one that was broken and now has a clear hard case and screen protector. Held up a long time with teen taking it to school, running, and camping.

While you can have music on your smart phones the IPod nano is so small and light weight it beats having that heavy cell. It fits lightly in a shirt pocket and takes no extra room to speak of. the sound quality if fabulous and the item is well worth the expense.

Since I use itunes for my music, I'm pretty much obligated to having to use an ipod product. The nano is good. The bluetooth syncs well with multiple products. 16gb limits the amount of music I can store, but it's small and has good batter life for using it when biking, working outdoors, etc. I wish apple would make a larger capacity unit, but this one works fine for most tasks.

Was looking for something I could take with me to work or when I work-out without being too big or bulky. This is perfect - smaller than a credit card, great sound and very flexible. Only problem was we had a bit of a problem when we first got it and wanted to load some of my favorite CDs on it - would load, but couldn't get sound from headphones. Switched to other earbuds and now happy camper.

    FM tuner inside?!?!

Why does an iPod Shuffle get an FM tuner while the iPhone still sits alone and delinquent? The world may never know. But this little guy still stands out. Small (maybe too small), but feature packed. Plenty of space for lots of music and videos. Easy to manage. And plenty of accessories out there to protect it, since this thing falls between your fingers so easily

Purchased this iPod as a replacement for an older iPod as gift for my wife. She likes it very much. It fits great in her arm band or pocket when she runs in the mornings. She also loves the pink color.

I needed a Bluetooth iPod to use with a wireless headset. This unit has plenty of room for me but I'm not a young person so.... The Bluetooth does drain the battery faster than I would like but that's the only issue so I can't complain. Paired easy with the headset and has been working great.

I wanted an MP3 player that I could take to the gym. My priorities were: small, holds a lot of music, doesn't need a lot of other features, inexpensive enough that it wouldn't be a disaster to lose it (like losing my iPhone would be). This is perfect. It replaced a Nano that lasted 8 years.

This iPod is great! I thought I would have to have my podcasts which are 60mins + each and my music on different iPods but this one holds them all without any issues. I have 32 podcasts and over 400 songs. Very user friendly.

The nano is very user friendly. I had it preloaded with the kind of music my dad likes. He is a 75 year old that is not so tech savvy and was using it within minutes of him getting it for Christmas! He also got a bluetooth speaker, as a gift. It was so easy to sync. Very happy daddy!!!

First, I'd like to point out that I thought I was buying an 8th generation nano. I was told by the sales clerk that this was the latest model. I later had to get help with the setup of the Nano from Apple Tech support, and that's when I found out the Nano was actually only the 7th generation. Setup was a problem. As many iPod and iPhone users have found out in the past few years, when you hook the product up to a computer to download music/movies from iTunes, you get the error message saying iTunes can detect there's something there but it can't connect to it. I had to contact Apple tech support which meant opening a ticket and leaving a number for them to call me. They only provide tech support on weekdays, so I had to wait 2 days to get someone to help me. Wound up having to delete and reinstall iTunes and EVERY other apple program installed on my computer. Once that was done, iTunes detected the ipod Nano with no problem. The touch screen is very sensitive on the Nano, moreso than on an iPhone or iPad. Once Also, the audio suggestion feature came turned on from the factory, it took me a while to find the settings to turn it off. I recently purchased a Sandisk MP3 player for my father, and the setup was extremely easy. Had I known how much trouble setting up the iPod Nano was going to be, I would have purchased a Sandisk MP3 player for myself as well. BTW, this is my 4th ipod, and this is the first time I ever had any problem connecting to iTunes. Once setup is complete, I will say this...the music quality of the Nano is wonderful. The battery life while playing music is around 30 hours, which is pretty good. The Nano is lightweight and portable, easily fitting in a shirt or pants pocket. The FM radio function and blue tooth connectivity are also nice features. I stream music from the Nano to a Bose speaker at home, and over the sound system in the car. Using the FM function and the blue tooth connectivity run the battery down faster, so you won't get 30 hours of battery life if you use them.
