I've had this product for over a year now and sometimes will not work properly. I have to jiggle the earpod connection for it to work..

difficult to use - too small. no directions and not easy to figure out how to use on own. it had a mind of it's own - much better to get ipod touch

I like it to go on walks with but for some reason it will not connect through blutooth in either of my new cars. Very frustrating.

I returned this since Apple does not allow you to download music to your iPod with their own iTunes subscription. All music has to be bought if you want to sync it with the iPod. That was a deal breaker for me. Pretty disappointed with this being my first Apple device. Went back to Spotify on my phone. Get with the times Macintosh...

Was a bit disappointed since the radio does not work with Bluetooth, and that was the main reason for me purchasing this item.

ITunes would not recognize it. Online search said this was a common problem. Lots of try this or try that, nothing worked. Returned it. iTunes wouldn't recognize an iPod. And they're ok with that.

When I purchased the refurbished version of this from Best Buy it was a "certified refurbished product". During the time the IPod Nano worked, it was fine. HOWEVER, after only 8 months it stopped working. I've purchased many Apple products in the past, both new and refurbished, directly from Apple, not Best Buy. Never have I had this happen. I am very disappointed that the Best Buy one broke so soon.

Works fine, but very hard to get your music from Apple Music or iTunes onto it. Spend the extra money and get the touch.

I found the item much too complicated for me. I am not really tech savvy and even with the clear directions and You Tube I grew frustrated with it. I ended up giving it to my brother in law who said he would program it for me and download my music. I don't know if I want it back though as just looking at it irritates me. I guess I'm not tech friendly when it comes to little things.

I have an iPon Nano but since they aren't being made anymore I wanted a back up but .... the I can't slide to the next screen. This is the 2nd one I have had a problem with. I will return and try one more time, I already returned one that had the same problem. I tried all the 'fixes' I could find online but still no luck. I will recommend it because my other one works great.

I was disappointed when I realized I couldn't use my Apple Music plan on this iPod. Otherwise it works well

The interface is cumbersome and doesn't work very well. Example, the previous song button just doesn't work.

This is good for storing music and listening to with Bluetooth but it is rather tinny and easy to loose.

This iPod was okay but for the extra 20-30 I would prefer getting a normal iPod touch. This one is too small.

Good but not great! Like the fact that this product has built in WiFi not liking to charge it so often.

I bought it as a gift mostly as a music player. I couldn't even get the radio working. It's the smaller than my thumb and doesn't come with a charger. Not worth the price and almost everything you do on it requires iTune purchases.

I have to much music for my phone to hold so I needed to get this for the gym. It works great.

Touch screen is not as easy to use as the older apple devices and the AI voice is annoying!

Works as intended. But is not worth the price. Was expecting a better build and little larger.
