This item is ideal for using at the gym, or while doing housework or yard work. It is very small (one inch square), clips right to your collar or sleeve, and is easy to reach to control volume and turn on or off. I love this product!!! You can enjoy all your tunes and get energized while doing your chores or workout, without the device itself interfering with whatever you're doing. When I think of the old Walkman of the 1980's and what a "marvel" of technology it was for the time, it is almost laughable in comparison with a product like the iPod Shuffle. So much more convenient to be able to clip on and go - rather than taking my phone in and out of its case to fit into an arm band sleek enough to comfortably run in (6 Plus). It's also nice for mowing - stays hidden and doesn't get dirty!

I use this while running. It is small so it does not get in the way, but has plenty of storage and great sound. I am very please with this device.

Easy to use and durable. Sleek design and simple. I like the color. It sounds good and loads most all the music I like. I wish I could get my music out of iTunes easily because they are ruining my life

My husband needs reading glasses, so this is perfect for him when he works out at the gym. He had his shuffle ( the first one that came out) for years. I had trouble getting him to get something new. He loves this new one.

This is my second IPod. I previously had a similar model for six years. It is easy to program and has room for more music than I ever program on it. It has a long battery life and good sound quality. Since it is compact it is easy to use when exercising. The only problem I ever experienced with my first one was when I dropped it and it failed to work.

I bought the shuffle to use when I go running. It is easy to use and doesn't skip . Not crazy about the ear buds that came with it though. They hurt my ears. The sound is great .

I bought this for my wife so she had something small and not pokey to use while exercising and walking. She absolutely loves this it holds off her music and then some and she doesn't even know she has it on

For someone who is looking for a device that plays music from a relatively small capacity library, this is the ideal device. The limited interface makes it a very easy device to get basic functionality without much hassle. The fact that it charges and syncs through the headphone jack is annoying, and frankly if the iPod nano with a back clip was still around I would have bought that instead.

I like the new ipod shuffle, but wish the larger ones were cheaper. I got this to replace my ipod nano - which finally gave up after 5/6 years of use. I like the buttons on this - they are the type you press, so it works through gloves, etc. Clips on to clothing easily. I do not like the short cord that comes with the headphones (bought better pair to use instead). Cute color, as usual for ipods. A nice thing is that it does not fall off the headphone cord and slam to the ground if you drop it, it tends to stay connected to the cord (unlike the larger ones) - I drop it a lot when active, so that's a nice part of it being so small.

Although the Shuffle has been around for a while, it really is a nice, simplistic personal music player. It is a plus that I can plug it into my car's auxiliary port and play music from my music list.

Bought this for my son, he has special needs and he wanted something to listen to music, this fit the bill, easy to operate and small for him to carry. He loves it. I would recommend this product.

This is a great MP3 player for the money. It has great sound and enough storage for my music. Its compact design is cool.

I like to take each ipod and down load a different type of music. I have three ipods each is different. Simple and easy to carry.
