When it is plugged in my usb in my RADIO does it charge at the same time. The battery life is very short.

I would recommend this product for a first time user/buyer as it is a well made item even though it doesn't have a lot of memory

Will buy another mp3 player, just don't think I would buy another ipod

This is a nice compact apple product, but it needs to have more memory.

I got this specifically to work out with. Its the perfect size for running/lifting. But I can only listen for about 3 hours before it dies. It only lasts be about 2 workouts with me turning it completely off in between. I don't know if mine is defective, but its quite disappointing.

This ipod shuffle is perfect for working out: lightweight, 2 GB storage, and no screen to crack. If you workout to playlists or you listen to your music catalog on shuffle, then this is the way to go! Do yourself a favor and save some money by buying this ipod!

I don't have a lot of songs from iTunes. Surely more than enough to leave plenty of room and it wouldn't download all of the songs. We're talking about maybe 150 songs.

I wouldn't buy this again or for anyone else. It's too small to use effectively, the directions are sketchy, doesn't charge well or for any length of time...I am not happy with it at all.

I have enjoyed my many iPods but with the crazy amount I seem to sweat it doesn't seem to last long. This iPod lasted less than 30 days.

I was looking forward to using this in my car, but as of yet (months later) I cannot even turn the thing on. The included instructions (I use that term loosely) are virtually nothing and absolutely no help. The power indicator light is nothing more than a pin hole which you couldn't see in sunlight anyway. If I could return it, I would.

I cannot believe a company would sell a device without a charger. How is supposed to charge? Magic? My son had a charger that i could use. If not then there would be no way to charge or connect it. To me that is one of the most pathetic things I have seen in a long time

I have had several MP3 players and from what I have noticed I just spend more time browsing the playlist rather than playing it. And I've also noticed even though I put all the songs that I like there, I only play several playlist. So the ipod shuffle is a very good alternative. For me I don't even consider it as an alternative. It's exactly what I want and need. Something small that plays music and I can easily put it in my pocket or clip it on my shirt if i'm out running or doing my work out. must have for people who run and dont want a big mp3 accessory on your arm.. you won't need that with this! The battery life is amazing too!

stores a good amount of songs, very small and convenient, clips right to your shirt so you can't lose it on the move, doesn't break easy, very nice design, and comes in some nice colors :-)

I bought this for daily Gym use because i hate taking my phone to the gym and this cops on to your clothes and is pretty much weightless compared to a phone and the best thing is you don't have to worry about it getting damaged as much as you would with your phone! It has good features like locking the buttons so nothing happens if you accidentally click a button. comes with headphones and charger you're getting a great deal for the price!

I bought this as a gift for my son. He likes the size and it holds just enough songs for him. He really likes it.
