I bought the iPod Shuffle, as a gift, for a friend. She uses it when she goes for walks on the beach. She absolutely loves the shuffle. I set it up for her, loaded the music, and gave her a song index. I think it's a tremendous gift.

Very light, plays music well. Obviously it is very small, and I knew this, but the smallness is still surprising. And it's hard for me to remember which button sends my list forward, etc, when I'm running and can't take the time to look. Almost wish it had raised marks to feel. I don't use the apple headphones so I don't know about them.

Great for all ages. Has enough memory for the average listener.

The shuffle is very sleek and easy to carry, easy to operate.

Bought and returned because it wasn't compatable with my ipad mini or my older ibook G4 (which is at its limite on upgrades). I had a shuffle for years and enjoyed it. This little mp3 is not bluetooth or cloud capable. I have the current ipad but not ready to get a new laptop.

We got this for small runs, workouts, etc. But the first time out of the box there were some key features that didn't work. The buttons did, but something was messed up inside the software. Reset didn't help - But Bestbuy was great with a no-hassle return/exchange. We appreciate that they took care of us in a professional way. Thanks Guys!

iPod is great to have for running and general activities outside. I have had to replace 2 of these so far over the past couple of years so hopefully they are working on making them more durable and reliable. Otherwise, this will be the last one I buy.

Good deal for youngsters & simple to use. Good gift idea.

This is the second IPod in the last few months and it started having problems charging and eventually just stopped working altogether. My desktop is an apple and so are all of my devices, I'm a big Apple fan. I have been disappointed with this product and an now using my IPhone for music at the gym. The size and price was right but not the performance.

If you don't like bulky devices when you workout or run, this is a good option.
