I purchased an open item ipod shuffle online. The serial number of shuffle did not match what was on the box. The status light didn't work and the battery was weak. Lasted about 5 hours. I researched the serial number and found out the shuffle was an older version that was release 5 years ago. I shipped item back and became even more disappointed that Best Buy didn't refund my shipping cost. It was only couple of bucks.

Too small, couldn't really control the different buttons and the fact that there is no display made it hard to navigate

I have used iPod shuffles a lot over the years for training and at the gym. This one lasted less than 2 months and no longer works at all

I am not terribly impressed with this product. I find it cumbersome to figure out.

I know people who have this product, and they like it a lot. However, since I can't get iTunes to download onto my new computer, I can't find a use for this iPod. From what I've read, I'm one of many people having trouble with iTunes. Apple's reputation continues to get roughed up.

The sound is clearer than my 1st gen Shuffle. However like bass. the 1st gen exhibits more. This one has enough bass. it hurts my sensitive ears a bit. It's not really 'bright' as I would put it. Just detailed. Most people should be fine. The playlist function is nice with the press & hold of the button. But takes some getting used to. The silver is nice. Easy controls. My 1st gen earbuds sound better to me than the included ones. However like I said I like bass. the new ones are just fine otherwise if I had nothing to compare it to.

I found there was too much to do for this item. I returned it because I realized that after downloading items and all of the other steps had to take it was just easier to use my S6 for the gym instead.

Love the size of this. Got it for my grandson and he was thrilled. I do have a question though.....how long do these battery survive? Are the new batteries expensive?

the price was way too high for the features you received. there were cheaper models that I think would of been better

I have never been able to get this to work, and have had no help from Best Buy.

The shuffle is difficult to understand and use ... and of course impossible to integrate with a microsoft pc

or the units are chronically poor, each one I had failed shortly after purchase.

I'm so glad this product is still around, it's the only mp3 player that my mother can understand how to use. The simplicity, size, and clip-on feature have been a perfect features for her, and she uses that thing every day. It holds plenty of songs and has decent quality output. Nice lil thing!

Got this for my amazing boyfriend. He used his phone for music at the gym and kept saying that it was falling so he wanted something smaller. This is perfect, he snaps it onto his sleeve and he can run without it falling off!

This is was given as a gift for my teenage cousin, it's great for her age. She doesn't have to worry about cracking the screen or dropping it. The color is very cute and stylish, she loves it.

My daughter enjoys listening to her music, and I know that's all she is doing. No games, no videos. The sound quality is great. The only drawback is the size of the memory--2GB.

iPod Shuffle, what an excellent bit of technology in such a small package. Smaller than a pack of matches, yet can hold up to 250 songs, 2 GB of info. And even has voice over to let you know what song is playing, or your playlist. You can play songs at random, or in order. Volume up, down, fast forward, rewind, pause, all in this tiny device. Clip to your clothes and go. I'm buying another for another playlist.

If you're a runner and enjoy the freedom of not having a bulky arm strap or massive player weighing you down, the shuffle is just the thing for you! The clip stays in place, easy to use controls for use on the run, and super light (you won't even notice it's there!) Highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a light weight player for on the go!

I purchased this to use when I am running outside. I didn't want a bulky iPod so this is perfect. Easy to change songs while running.
