    This iPod was a lot harder to understand than my old one. But then I’m not as tech savvy as most. I was told by Best Buy associate that it would automatically download from my computer,but it didn’t. After many tries I finally found out it was set up to NOT download music from computer. After I changed that it finally worked like I expected it to.

    Only compliant so far is after an iOS update, the menu option to display lyrics while a song is playing disappeared. So, until another update? no lyrics.

    Its good as a music player, but once you connect to wifi when you are out and about the battery dies so fast you really get no use out of it. So, I just use mine to listen to my library. I use my phone for everything else. I was on 100 when I left the house, but as soon as I connected to my mobile hotspot and got on Pandora, I was at 20% within an hour and half.
