Easy to use, got it as a gift to my 9 year old niece ... .Very sleek design and pleanty of memory

My 8 yr old wanted a phone and I thought she was too young. The iPod is perfect because she can do everything on it except call. I can put parental controls on it to keep her safe too.

Bought ipod for my daughters bday. Very light weight and easy to navigate. Pretty pink color too.

I love Apple products. This is my 2nd iPod. I lost my first one. I did want to also purchase a case and Zagg cover for my iPod but there were none available since the iPod is a new model.

As media players are on the decline for example, Apple's announcement they are discontinuing making the Shuffle and Nano; I am glad they keep the iTouch. The iTouch is basically an iPhone with no phone function and is a great choice for those of you who do not want to pay for an expensive iPhone or currently has a Samsung. I basically use it for my car and to avoid killing my phone's battery when travelling.

My 7 year old loves this Apple ipod! It's a great choice for a child instead of a cell phone!!!

This was a gift for my 9 year old nephew. He's been asking for an iPhone, but he's too young. His dad told me I could get the iPod for him instead. He was one happy little boy.

There really isn't much change from the previous generation. They replaced exterior colors with new ones, and removed the arbitrary wrist strap button. My daughter wishes the pink was lighter, it's too dark and similar to the red one she had last time. The dimensions are the same as the last generations, so you can use old iPod cases (if you don't mind a small hole in the back corner from where the wrist strap anchor was). Improvements are mostly inside (cpu, camera). It would've been nice if they added finger print recognition like the iPads and iPhones have. Overall a great device for kids, or even adults who don't have an iPhone but want all the perks of one.

Has lots of options, great camera, plays lots of games, daughters uses it to make calls.
