It's a little too small and I wish I could hold it to my ear when I use FaceTime audio but overall it's very efficient, and works for what I needed it for.

I bought this for my granddaughter. It is very user friendly and she loves it. She loves to text and FaceTime me and connect with her brothers for games.

I was looking for a PINK iPod for my 8 yr old daughter and was not having any luck finding it in stock the last week of Christmas in any store. I thought that Best Buy would have it at a much higher price and never tried them. I was desperate and was willing to pay far more money than what I wanted to spend and checked Best Buy's website. I was happy to find out that they had it in stock and was cheaper and they offered me a protection plan for 2 years that i happily purchased. Thanks Best Buy for making my Daughter the happiest girl on Christmas Day.
