Bought for my wife . She loves it. Great buy Apple ipod is the best thung made.

I bought two of these for my girls in place of a cell phone. The idea was to give them the functionality of a cell phone while not giving them a phone. It's really cool that we can FaceTime them and send them text messages. Took a little bit of tinkering to get it up and running though. Since they're kids they can't have their own App Store account, meaning they use mine to download things. Also when I first set them up, one of them was using my account to FaceTime, which resulted in all my text messages going through her iPod. It's a good solid product but with some major drawbacks that Apple has to address: storage space and price. At 16gigs, it's just inexcusable today. I just bought a 64gig micro sd card for 30$. How can they either not give you a ton more space or design it like everyone else does and give you a micro slot for more space? Yes I know this is Apple but they can only keep doing that so long as we're willing to pay. The day one of the android companies comes out with a similar product I'll be the first in line. If they can do a iPad competitor why don't they do one for the iPod touch? You can't deny its a solid product but feels very outdated in terms of storage options and way too expensive considering how long it's been astound without much in terms of updated tech.

Got this as a gift for my husband, along with a speaker. Loaded it with songs and he loves it. Only one issue, the ipod ran perfectly till it was out of batteries then we put it to charge and it crashed would not come back on. had to do a hard restart. Has worked perfectly since then not sure why it happened or what happened.

The new generation is great. Plays all of my son's favorite games, has memory enough for all he needs.

Great product! If you are knowledgeable in apple products, this works JUST like an iPhone (without being able to make calls). Purchased it for my 9 year old and she's one happy girl!!

Great product for young child who wants a phone but is not old enough. Apple permissions and restrictions are great when purchasing for a young child. My daughter is 10 and loves it!

My son absolutely loves his ipod touch. He can watch youtube videos and take pictures. He can facetime me when he gets home from school everyday which is a plus.

Purchased for a young man not old enough for a cell phone but he still loves music. Small enough to fit in his pocket. Intuitive, but I wish it were a little more economical for what it is.

I'm gonna start by saying i am anti apple, but of course i figured just because it's "cool" my son would love an apple product and boy does he not want to ever put it down!

Nice ipod battery last long if you dont have apps running otherwise would drain battery fast

Needed a device that could run iOS applications but not with cellular service. The iPOD Touch fit the bill to a T. The ability to load apps and us the majority of features of the iPhone at a low cost point allow me to now control some home automation services without using my phone!
