I bought this iPod for my 6 year old to be able to listen to music, watch videos, and call me via WiFi if needed. No complaints

needed a basic wifi music player with great battery life. This fits the bill perfectly... and still has a headphone jack!

I saw that these were going to be discontinued by Apple so I waited til Best Buy put them on sale, and boom, great product at a great price.

Everything with iPod works well but the battery is already an issue. After fully charging, it will read as if battery is dying. I’ll have to take it to Apple store. I’ve only had it for 3 weeks

My nephew has type 1 diabetes and this works perfectly b.c with the monitoring system to help stay on top of his health!

I don't really like the fact that it gets hot so fast

This is a great device for younger kids. We have iphones, so the kids are able to text with us over wifi via imessage. Kids have loved them so far!

I use it everyday for audiobooks, podcasts of my favorite shows, scheduling, contacts, internet, email, entertainment, camera, video. . . .

When I got my ipod I was not quite sure how to use it, but the sales people to Best Buy were very helpful. Now it is even my fun than ever.

Best Buy provided good prompt service with this product but I am not really happy with the product itself. I had an older one that I loved but it had gotten kinda glitchy and battery life was short. The new iPods are geared entirely towards buying music from Apple and using the cloud and if that is what you are going to do this one is OK. But I have a lot of CD's and prefer to use them to make my own playlists and this is hard if not impossible with new iPod and and good instructions on putting music on this way is hard to find.

Apple doesn’t disappoint. It’s a great “phone” option for kids to communicate in WiFi with other Apple users. Apps and music.

Great value for my son. He likes it because he can play all his music and also get on WiFi

This iPod touch is a nice step up from the older model iPods. Now you can take pictures or search the net as well as listen to music.

The product does what I need: play music for 30-40 minutes a day while I exercise. However, Apple has decided that it needs to be everything that my phone is EXCEPT for the phoning part! Much too much garbage and complication.

Bought this on sale as a replacement for my wife's old iPod. So far no issues. She keeps it full of music for the grandkids.

Solid and protects my ipod well. The Ipod has been dropped a few times but still no issues so I would say this case works as it should. 4 stars due to slightly comes apart when removing the Ipod but can be snapped backed together.

I bought the IPod for my grandson and he loves it. This is the 3rd Ipod I've purchased in the last three years, no complaint with the product.

I bought this for my son to have a portable device to use his communication app on. He is autistic and non-verbal. It is perfect for this need.
