"had" to replace my iPod Classic since it was not working with my car properly

If I did not already have an iPhone 6 Plus I would buy an iPod. To be able to FaceTime is fabulous. And it does everything that I need. It does more than I know how to do. My granddaughter loved it. It was her Christmas gift.

I’ve used an iPod as a “phone” nearly my whole life. I don’t really need calling or texting, so it makes a perfect smartphone. These things last forever, are slim and light, and have a decent amount of storage.

I just love my ipod,it is easy to operate and it takes excellent pictures.i feel the price was just right.iam going on a cruise and plan to take many many pictures.i already have over one thousand songs on it and still have room for many more

With the end of the iPod Classic era, this is Apple's portable music-playing option. As such, it offers far more than the average former iPod lover would want -- everything an IPhone can do except make or receive calls, although it even does offer FaceTime for that! So far, it has operated quite well with the exception of battery life. One of the key reasons I moved on from my iPod Classic was its gradually eroding battery life (4-5 hours of music, podcast playing). However, the iPod Touch does not last much longer, if at all. The various functions of the device put a drain on the battery despite all my efforts to reduce them to the barest necessities (in consultation with Apple Care). If I leave it alone for a few days, with a near-full charge, I invariably return to find the battery almost empty. Hence the four stars instead of five. I bought it as an iPod replacement but have gradually come to appreciate and use its various additional offerings and its much-improved song/artist searching capability. The audio quality is top-notch.

Bought this for my grandchild who is too young for a phone. Easy set up. Now she can FaceTime and text me since I have an iPhone. Great purchase.

I was about to buy a phone but this option was better, looks like a phone but my son only can be focus on play music and do some on the Internet

My child has been wanting something like this product for awhile but when I went in other store they claimed not to have even though they never looked. But I went in best buy and got the help I needed and I can't wait till my child open it up for Christmas. It looks just like a phone but not. He loves music and been wanting this for along time.
