Open box purchase was a mistake
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I originally purchased this item “open box” through their website because the item claimed to be “like new” when it finally arrived in the mail (19 days later) it had not been reset to factory settings. My whole experience was turned around from terrible to great when I walked in the store to explain my situation. They understood and replaced it with a new one at no extra charge. Save yourself the trouble and buy them new. I think I just got lucky this time around.
