bad choice as I am having a lot of problems

Tried all recommendations I could find on line but nothing......texting and FaceTime do not work at all. Brought back to best buy, exchanged it and asked them to help....2 hours later nothing resolved...I was told I need to call Apple......did call apple and again 2 days so far.....nothing was resolved and even worse they don't even call back or be there when they tell you a time to call.....very disappointed and ready to return it again......
