Does everything the Iphone can do except make phone calls. Works well with apps. The new A8 chip makes it really fast on apps and when multitasking. The speed is worth the update, however don't know how much longer Apple will support the IPod touch series.

I bought this so my co-workers and I could play music in the operating room while we work. It works great. I have a couple of apps on it and some music. I have had no problems with software update issues. Connects to internet with no issue.

I got this for my son, as parents do, to keep him occupied during dining out etc. It works great, except the battery life for video playback or mobile gaming is relatively brief compared to my iPad. Around 2 hours. I don't let him use it all the time so it's not a huge deal, but on a long trip this is a bummer.

iPod works great for all our music and easy enough for our 5 yr. old daughter to use.

It has no way to add an external sa micro card. The iPod comes pre-loaded with apps that further use up original space.

I got the iPod touch for my daughter, she wanted a phone, but she needs to learn responsibility first. I think this has been a great way of her learning that. On top of that, she gets almost all same apps as an actual phone.

Works great for long bus trips for hockey. Plenty of storage for song downloads.

Really like this I pod never have problems with it or setbacks when working and surfing

I bought this specifically for my music and Audio books. My iPhone kept running out of memory - which was annoying. I now use my iPod for all these downloads to free up memory on my phone. There is no urgency to upgrade my phone. Problem solved.

Bought this iPod because of the size. I do not like the tiny ones too easy to lose

Great purchase! Kid-friendly. Happy child! I would highly recommend purchasing an extended warranty or the apple care plan because the ipod is very small and kids are, well.. kids. My daughter treats it like an iphone.

The Ipod is standard. I didn't realize that the 2 yr warranty process has been changed to Apple I-care. You can swap the damaged Ipod on line or at an Apple store for a charge of $30 twice. After that the third exchange is $130 on the warranty.

This ipod was purchased for my husband to download music and he loves it. Not only can he download his music, but he also has movies that he can watch while we travel. It is easy to use and maintains power for a long time.

A bit expensive for what it is and what it does, but it does it just fine.

Battery life is not the best...daughter likes it otherwise.

Ditched the smart phone. And bought this. No regrets. A lot of my time was invested in social media. What a nice break. Automatically limits time spent on net. All great features with this iPod and more focused on music features once again.

I bought this instead of a new phone for my daughter.. I love the fact that we can still communicate using iMessage and I saved money she also listens to her music and has a camera .

Its a great device good response very light. And confortable ta carry.
