    Purchased the iPod and within a few days I was locked out! Multiple calls with apple and nothing! Now it seems I have a paper weight! Nothing against Best Buy! Unfortunately, I worked with apple off and on about the issue and by the time it was determined that nothing could be done we were past the 14 day return.

    This iPod touch never communicated with my computer. I couldn’t get it to sync with iTunes and it would make a noise that it did connect to computer but I couldn’t find it.

    I wanted something that was small & flat, has Bluetooth connectivity, and can install Spotify so I can take it with me on long runs/bike rides. The iPod Touch works for that EXCEPT it's a lot more expensive than the alternatives because it's basically an iPhone without call capabilities. For what I wanted it for my choices for music players were to either 1) forgo the ability to install apps or 2) get a mini-computer with a camera (iPod Touch). There's no in-between. What a shame. I would've rated this higher (3 instead of 2) if it was water resistant but it isn't. So be prepared to drop more money to get a water-resistant case for it if you decide to go this route.

    When connected to my vehicle, if I skip a song sometimes it turns off.. sometimes it just disconnects (I'm using a USB cable) sometimes it keeps playing but my vehicle just say unknown title.. its frustrating. Then I have to unplug it and plug it back in. My last Ipod (same model) did not do that

    no gps functionality , so no Pokemon go games or the such. other than that its great for kids playing music or messaging within the apple ecosystem (you are heavily limited to messaging anyone who owns apple, not android) or for the gym. bought for kids birthday and don't mind it.
