My kids love it But I keep them to a minimum amount of hours

The battery dies so fast. My iPhone 11 and Samsung s7 batteries last longer. The only way I can travel with this, is if I download all my music on it and keep it on airplane mode

I had one for 8 months and really liked it but I broke it. So I bought a new one. The new one started malfunctioning in less than a month. My bluetooth devices are randomly switching between Air Pods, headphones, and my car stereo which completely cuts audio until I take action. This happens 30-100+ times per day. In my opinion Apple support doesn't seem capable of fixing this and it's been really frustrating. They wouldn't swap it for another one. My wife and I have wanted iphones but I won't ever be purchasing Apple again.

Got it for a gift for father who isn't very techy.

My old gen Alexa can't find it; it keeps wanting to connect to a network, even when there is none. I wouldn't have bought an iPod if I didn't already have one - and it was so old, it wasn't compatible with updates for apps I had installed. I hate it.

Apple isn't the same since Jobs passed. I purchased to have all my music exclusively here without having to take all my phone space. But apple isn't the same. I loaded some videos here too that i purchased from the apple store and music. And both music and videos are missing from my library. How? i don't know.. I called apple to help me out and find out where my purchased music and movies went. They didn't have an answer either. After SEVERAL calls and attempts, Their conclusion was to blame it on the studios, That maybe they didn't want their movies to play on apple tv app on ipod. Like seriously? that is the stupidest thing I have ever heard. If the "Studios" were so concerned that their films or music shouldn't be played on the app that was initially PURCHASED for, they wouldn't even allow to give apple permission to sell their stuff in the first place.. How stupid do they think consumers are? After I made a very good point, which was "If what you say is true, then why does my ipad tablet allow me to watch those same films and listen to my music and the movies and music DO appear in my ipad libraries, but not my ipod?." They insisted that ipods are different from tablets and that it must be exclusively a restriction on ipods. I proceeded saying that my brother had the same ipod and his was fine, Also keep in mind all this was within 90 day warranty. When i said that I got hanged up on, before hanging up i was told "check your brother's ipod first to see if that's true and if it is call us back" I said "I can do it while i have you on the phone right now" they continued saying "No, check first" than hanged up. They didn't want to help me after that. Im stuck with an ipod where my purchased music is ghosted somewhere, I payed for music i can't even listen to. And films i can't even watch because they are a ghost, vaporized into the air where it can't be accessed. I even have proof of the items being purchased in my purchase history.

Having a really hard time getting to run on battery only...not wifi! Manual not helpful in the least. Will be coming into the store for help with this issue

Once I logged into my iTunes account it tried syncing my mail, apps and music. Before I knew it, I had used up all of the memory. 32gb is good for music only. Not much more. Loved the color and portability.

Ipod touch is awesome unit, disappointed that couldn't get case at store. While waiting for case from Amazon unit was dropped. Won't buy again unless all is available.

It was slow to respond to touch and requires multiple touches for a command to work. The device also seemed slow at times. This was new and I used it for less than three months.

Our son has wanted one of these forever, we finally got one and the only thing I would say is it needs a bigger screen! Given that some of the first generations were the size of iPhone6s?
