I was looking to replace my old Shuffle, and this is not it. The Shuffle had buttons to navigate, this has a screen you need to wipe with your finders....hard to do when walking or exercising. The screen icons are very small and the touch sensitivity is mixed, causing many errors in navigation. I am still moving into this device, so it may be just the learning curve, but so far I am not impressed.

I'm not happy with this product. The battery life sucks. It don't use it very often, but when I do go to use it, the battery's dead. It doesn't even last 2 days in stand-by mode. And to think, I haven't even had the chance to download much of anything. I've only downloaded one song album. I was going to return it, but I couldn't find the time to get to a store to make the return. So now I'm stuck with a "dead" product.

Totally obsolete and useless. Do not buy this, get a used iPhone instead

The product is fine but there are no instructions on how to upload songs from iTunes. Really confusing, especially if using a Microsoft product

It's good.... but who really keeps buying ipods… just buy an iPhone... I got this as a "requested" gift for a family member...

My daughter enjoys! The only complaint I have is it does too fast. Got a replacement and same thing with that one. Guess it’s just the iPods lol

Bought this for a Christmas gift and it had a defective battery so I give it one star. BUT we took it into Best Buy and they ordered a replacement. I have not heard if the replacement worked. The battery issue explained: used it to listen to music on a 30 minute drive to work using blue tooth, powered down after got to work, turned it on for the return trip and the battery was depleted.

The iPod is okay it's not that great it always freezes up and it just not what I expected to be for the price of the Isles.

It's been acting up. It does hold charge and the screen keeps shaking.

Can’t be on it to long cause it heats up and get to hot. Battery power drains fast too

After a few months the headset port started acting up and apple tells me it is not covered, that sucks.

It works the way any Apple products works, the only problem is the screen should be bigger, maybe the size of the iPhone XR would be great.

This review would’ve been a five star review I’ve had iPods in the past got another one and this one had issues with the screen almost immediately so I figure it’s just a one off I’ve had no issues with any other Apple product that I purchased so this time I get to WinStar but my guess is everything else I ever buy will be a five

Not worth the price. Have to purchase music plan to have music. Better off to just use phone.

Average At best for what I paid for yet. The price doesn’t meet the functionality. Won’t ever buy it again.

Screen keeps going black, I have to wait a couple hours and restart it...

I purchased my ipod touch but cannot get it to link correctly to my itunes account. When I called Best Buy for assistance from the geek squad I was told they couldn't help me because I had not purchased the $200/year protection plan. I have an ipod I cannot load music onto or remove photos from. I will not be buying from Best Buy again

Excellent product! Wish I had purchased one with more storage capacity.
