Its okay.... it gets the job done, only use it to listen to my music....

Too big for using for running. If you have all of the features on it then you should be able to use it away from your home. I returned it because it did not serve my purpose. I want to nano back. Great product and not everyone wants to run with a phone.

Not the best quality. Screen went out after only a week.

I bought this for my daughter because it's the closest thing to a phone. It not even a month old and it turn on. I bought it for christmas. So a month old. So happy I spent the money on a brand new one when my sons refurbished one works better

Very slow.. my daughter loves it but it could be better.

iPod is very thin and can no longer stream music for free.

Very disappointed. My son got this for Christmas and the sensitivity is off. We had to go to geek squad the next day for them to send it back to Apple. They attempted to reset etc and the iPod wouldn’t recognize any commands

Expensive for the price. Old iOS. Still includes a home button

My iPod 6 was way better if it held a charge I wouldn’t have had to buy another this iPod 7 overheats every time I use it which is ALL THE TIME! I’m very disappointed it was very costly & basically a piece of junk!!!

the ipad is so over rated and not worth the price.

This product was not that good! I bought it for my little nephew and before the year it broke down. Luckily Apple has manufactured a warranty for a year and I can still go and fix it.

My daughter loved her iPod but only after about 12 days the whole thing blacked out and wouldn’t turn back on. Had to take back and get new one

No longer have this iPod. Sales person sold me wrong product for my needs. Very disappointed that sales rep sold me too little memory for all the pictures I take on device. He failed! Geek Squad had started loading my stuff and ran out of memory before we ever began. So a waste of time with the wrong purchase. I was very clear as to my needs and expect better from the professionals. All the sales rep was interested in was the music I wanted. No music, only photos was my discussion repeatedly. Big mess and multiple trips to get corrected. Geek Squad was great. Total waste of my time .

The sound isn't loud I had download iTunes on my home computer yo download music. I have to buy songs which I don't like. I do like it i can listen to this instead of my phone.

The money you spend on this can go towards an iPhone. The battery doesn't last a good hour from a full charge.

All I wanted with the iPod Touch 7 was to listen to music while I walk about -- like I did with my trusty old Nano. Now that Apple has made it WiFi-dependent and far too complicated, I can't do that. Supposedly it can be set for this purpose but I can't figure out how to do it and don't want to pay Best Buy $40 to -- maybe -- reset it. Not happy with this device -- it's basically a $200 paperweight for me. In the good old days, Best Buy would help customers with things like this before they left the store. Guess those days are over ...

It dies after being on for only 3 hours. Doesnt matter if it is being used or not. Literally garbage.
