Apple really doesnt care about iPods. I had it for one day and it already broke. Not only that I purchased 70 dollar apple care warranty and had to pay 30 dollars to get a replacement. I literally dropped the ipod with a LIFE proof case and it went out. No scratches at all and the fragile cheap ipod died. 300 dollars in total straight trash.

So many features are missing. I didn’t expect it to be an Iphone, but I expected more of the apps and functionality of the last iOS version to work with the latest ipod

Ok. Not nearly as good as the old ones. Way to much stuff on here that never gets used and just too big. But it does work good for the music.

I was so happy with the visual aspect of this ipod. I purchased this as a Birthday gift for my 5yr old granddaughter. The Birthday girl was so excited, the excitement ended immediately. When this ipod turned on, pixelation was immediately seen. We exchanged it for another one, same issue. Sadly we had to return it. I also bought a blue for her twin brother, his started showing pixelation as well... So I assume it's a software problem; since they both had issues.

I ordered this for my daughter to replace her years old ipod. She loves it.

I bought this iPod for my niece and it had very terrible Battery Life.

Port for recharging and playing not compatible with my previous model. Cannot be used with my alarm clock.

Had to return once possibly will have to return again for the same problem for internal technical issues.

Dead after 57 days , let see if Apple steps up and makes it right !

If I could give this a 0 out of 10 I would. Only reason why I’m not returning is because my daughter likes the color and they don’t make iPads in the pink color. It truly is a ripoff and so glitchy and takes forever to charge

Siri never worked. I checked all the settings and they are fine. After ~3 months, the device would sometimes not turn on. It’s intermittent though and is currently working.

You made a multi item purchase incredibly complicated and then cancelled one of the main items and still have not refunded my money - YET - Still waiting........... Maybe you would like to call me

We have returned this once and the one we got may be worse than the first one. Quality is bad and freezes and doesn’t turn on at times. What can we do?

Came scratched up and not even a year and the home button does not work.

I had to call Apple to get this to work at all Took over 2 hours. Does not let me sync my music library completely. I regret purchasing this product. The older IPods were a better value.

I'm very disappointed in this product. It cuts off on me and I keep getting pop-ups about Siri not being available.

Absolutely useless piece of junk. Will not shuffle music on my car radios.

This iPod Touch, did NOT fit as much media as it should have. All I did was transfer the content from one to the other.

Doesn't work with Windows XP. Requires an iTunes account. If you have XP and no iTunes and simply want to transer music to your mp3 player, you cannot do that with this device.
