Ordered an open box and was described that it could have missing accessories. It arrived with everything and looked brand new. I selected standard shipping and it gave me estimated delivery for 8 days later. It arrived in two days! BEST BUY IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF A COMPANY UNDER PROMISING AND OVER DELIVERING!!!! Hands down better service from BEST BUY than all other big box retailers.

Love my iPods

I listen almost all day. I have a hearing issue called hyperacusis and the earbuds really help. I listen mostly to books and podcasts at home - in the car- it’s my music playing. I only wish I could find a way to get ALL my music off my (dead) original iPod. I would defiantly recommend to a friend.

Great IPod 7th gen for music lovers.

So far works great and battery last for a very long time. I play my music all the time no matter where I am, from the gym to my gardening time to cooking etc. Tip: always allow the battery to run out or near there, It will last so much longer, practically forever. Very happy I have my music to travel with me now. Just wished they would include a plug into wall charger. But other than that, great product. Happy that Apple did not discontinue the IPods. No interruptions like one would have with listening to music on their IPhone.
