This is yet another replacement for my daughter as she is extremely hard on her devices and damaged yet another charging port on a previous generation iPod. The iPod itself is great as it is basically a phone without a carrier if used properly within WiFi zones (which she is pretty much always within). Purchased the Apple Care this time to try to avoid buying another in a few years. Best Buy price matched this with another retailer offering a better price so the price was great and made getting the care plan cost effective! Make sure to check other merchants prices before buying at Best Buy as they readily price match.

Ipod touch 7th generation is awesome it offers so much more then the older version!

I bought this for my youngest daughter who turned 4 and she loved it. She already knows how to use it.

This is a great device to carry around for music while sitting at my desk or in the gym. I do not own any other Apple device and got this solely for using it as a main music streaming device from different sources like Amazon music, Youtube, local files etc to Airplay compatible systems like Sonos speakers. I like the small, light and thin form factor that disappears inside my pocket and the long battery life.

I still use an ipod. Its great for listening to ALL my music. However, APPLE seems to be getting less and less user friendly. I used to be able to drag songs on the ipod but now cannot. Ive had ipods since the beginning, and i find iTunes more and more difficult to use everytime there's an update. I never know how to add my new music without losing the old...when it used to be so simple. Also, I'm surprised it STILL costs $200 when the people at Best Buy had to get a ladder to retrieve it from a 10foot shelf bc "no one uses N ipod anymore. They use their cell phone."
