Out sons needed an to update his 3rd generation iTouch since his would no longer update the iOS. Now he can once again play all of the lasted apps without issue.

It fits well in my pocket even with a cover on it while I am exercising. Great sound.

The ipod 5th gen is really an iPhone without the phone. The wifi reception is much improved over the 4th gen. It is much faster and easy to use. My only complaint is more of an iTunes problem as syncing podcast to for later listening is ackward and buggy.

I wanted the ipod because of increased memory versus the older ipod that I currently own. However, there are no clear instructions on how to download the music from my old ipod to my new ipod.The new ipod is great just wish I didn't have to reload by cd and that I tunes would download to my new ipod.

Needed an ipod with more memory so I upgraded to the 64GB. It is perfect.

Got this for my daughters birthday. She loves that she has her own music, games, can browse the Web, and can text/FaceTime IPhone users.

After an IPod classic which is no longer made this is the next best thing for Tunes.

I lost my last 5th gen ipod bought about 18 months ago. Newer version even better and still same quality you would expect.

Had an issue with the beginning purchase. Ask for green and they ordered me a yellow one. They told me there was green when that color was not available for that generation. Other than that everything was good after the reordering to a different color.

I needed a new iPod and got $40. when I traded in my 4th Gen iPod for a 5th with a 64 bit memory. Now it has enough storage to suit me. Thanks Best Buy

We don't have a home phone so we liked the fact our kids can call or text if they need too. They aren't stranded then!

Apple does make durable products. I had an iPod from 2008 that would not sync with the blue tooth in my new car. It still functions well, and I'll probably take it on walks/trips, but I wanted to play music in the car. Enter the 5th generation iPod with $50 off for Black Friday. It was a great deal. It's essentially an iPhone without the ability to make calls off of WiFi. It includes a speaker and has great functionality. I hear the next generation due out in early 2015 will be even faster - but if you use an iPod mainly for music, this is an excellent option with flexibility. Wait until these go on sale when the new ones enter the market. The only slight hassle was that this must have sat on the Best Buy shelf for awhile. It came loaded with an older iOS, so I had to load the new software. It took about an hour.

This will be my 3rd iPod. Great product. Keep running out of room so I had to buy the next largest size,
