I needed a reliable keyboard for a Mac Mini. An Apple wireless was fine until it stopped pairing at month 15. Since I was working at a stationary desk the wired keyboard was a good option.

This is my 2nd one of these (both at home and work now). Love the key feel and having the Number pad is great. I never have trouble connecting (would love for there to be no dongle though..that would get it 5 stars). Have never had an issue with charge.

This is a great keyboard. It works just as well as the wireless, more expensive one.

I would have given this a 5 star, but this is my second keyboard in a year. DO NOT CLEAN with even a slightly damp rag, and definitely NOT with glass cleaner (ammonia). ANY moisture, even the slightest, will scramble this keyboards brain. I HIGHLY recommend a silicone keyboard cover. They are washable, will keep the keyboard dry and in good shape. It will also keep the keys free of normal wear (the "E" button - most used; the space bar, most used...etc..etc...), and is liquid and dust resistant. All-in-all though, this is an awesome keyboard, just extremely sensitive to cleaning, and with white keys, it's something that needs to be done. Bottled air is great to blow out the dust (don't forget a can before leaving the store!), but canned air is obviously not meant to clean dirty keys. I WOULDN'T recommend this keyboard commercially or in a place with dirty fingered employees. d;-)

Works flawlessly. Only reason for 4 stars is that it is incredibly hard to keep clean.

I love it! Wouldn't expect anything less from Apple! I also really love the built in USB outlets! Very handy for my wireless mouse!

Why is it that I have to choose between a wired keyboard with a numpad and full directional keys and a Bluetooth keyboard? In addition why no backlit keys like on the MacBook? Really what I want is a full size keyboard like this wired keyboard that is Bluetooth and has backlit keys like the MacBook. Also since Apple likes to provide color choices I would like the option of buying the keyboard with black keys. As for this keyboard it is ok. the USB on the keyboard is still 2.0. I would suggest a cover for it since the keys are white and will turn nasty looking very fast. The wire is very cheaply made. Be very careful not to bend it or contort it or the stress relief (lol if you can call it that) will fail and the wire will be exposed. It is the same horrible design they use on the MacBook power supplies. I selected no for recommending to a friend because since this keyboard is so horribly out of date anyways one of the older keyboards from the previous generation would probably be a better choice. They will hold up better. They have a better USB wire coming out of them and they don't look grimy after a few weeks of use.

This keyboard was very compatible with the mac that i have. I used the numeric keyboard to enhance my skills. I would highly recommend/

This is the best keyboard Apple makes, I'd give it a 5 start if it was ergonomic

I bought this keyboard attachment so that I could have a full keyboard including the 10-key functionality that the macbook does not have. Its a nice thing to have around for those times that you need to do some serious number crunching.

Our iMac keyboard was bent and damaged and started smelling "hot" and then random keys would trigger on and off. Tried using the Apple bluetooth keyboard, but just missed the full numeric pad! Glad to have a full-size keyboard again.

Looks great, feels great. I only wish they would make this with a wireless option!

One Saturday morning, my elbow decided it would cause havoc with my keyboard by knocking over my mug of coffee. Naughty elbow! Thus, I needed a replacement keyboard. Sad but true.

WHAT CAN I SAY?...IT'S AN APPLE PRODUCT, SO OF COURSE ITS GOOD....I AM AN APPLE LOVER....I HAVE INVESTED IN THE I MAC, MACBOOK PRO, AND THE I PAD...AND I LOVE THEM ALL! EXCELLENT PRODUCT!! THEIR PRODUCTS ARE A BUT PRICEY BUT WORTH THE MONEY

This keyboard was built to last. The buttons are perfectly accurate. It also is very easy to clean and comes with a USB extension.

The Apple keyboard just works! It's low profile, responsive and fully compatible with Macs unlike some third party keyboards.

I like having the numeric key pad and wired keyboard as opposed to the smaller wireless device. Nice feel and responsiveness.

The wired mac keyboard is second to none. The keys are very responsive and easy to type onto. The hand rests comfortably on the keyboard. Unlike most other keyboards, the mac keyboard does not use or need "flip out kickstands" for a keyboardist to angle the keyboard. The mac keyboard simply has a fixed bar on the bottom to supply the keyboard an ever so slight angle. The mac keyboard also has two usb 2.0 inputs on either end for use with devices or charging devices. Once you go mac, you never go back.

I used to type on a bulky ergonomically correct keyboard doing medical transcription with a load of typing to maintain production. I found that this keyboard has all of the qualities of an ergonomic board but is much less bulky.

I love this keyboard. It is sleek and nice looking. The buttons are easy to press and my favorite part is the USB slots on both sides.
