Very nice keyboard with numeric pad. Has a soft touch for the keys and two usb inputs one on each end of keyboard for added convenience. Apple products usually have a great standard of quality and i am pleased with this keyboard as i should be.

Boy, talk about plug-and-play! I'm one of those folks that read the directions before I begin playing with new hardware. The directions start with if your Apple computer does not recognize the keyboard, then ...... My MacPro Retina didn't even blink. The keyboard is as elegant as you would expect from Apple. The keys are perfectly spaced and have a great touch. It looks great!

I love this keyboard. I much prefer the standard querty keyboard over the format of the wireless one that came with my Mac. It was OK but batteries didn't last very long.

The Apple keyboard is quiet and so easy to use. The keys are soft to the touch and you don't have to pound the keys to get them to work. Love that it has the numeric key pad on the side in addition to the numeric keys on the top row.

This is my first Apple keyboard (been using PCs for years), and I like it so much more than the horsey black ones I'm used to. It's thin and attractive, the keys perform well, and it has everything I need--and more. At 59+ years, I feel so hip with my big-screen iMac and my fancy new keyboard.

It actually is a really good keyboard. Feels smooth, and types fine. I work a lot with numbers, so the numerical pad on the side is great. Only drawback is the wire. At the moment I don't believe apple makes a wireless keyboard with numerical keypad as well. Even then, it's not a huge bother, unless I'm trying to sit across the room from my laptop. All in all, worth the money.

The Mac I purchased came with the wireless keyboard but, as an accountant, I really wanted a numeric pad on my keyboard. This one is great. So great in fact, that everyone in the family uses this one and not the wireless one that came with the system. I am very glad that I purchased this keyboard. My next purchase will be the tracking pad to use in place of the mouse.

I had the smaller blu-tooth keyboard that came with my iMac, but missed the numeric keys, plus the blu-tooth would sometimes fade out and the keyboard would take a while to re-connect. No such problems with this USB keyboard. The ergonomics are fantastic with the low profile. My typing is much smoother and less prone to errors. This is my favorite keyboard of any I've used.

    All the Keys and Cheap

This keyboard provides the full set of keys that you wish Apple would provide on the keyboard included with the iMac. Unfortunately, they cheap out and leave off the numeric keys, Home, End, Page Up and Page Down keys. Yes, it is wired. However, the comparable Logitech that is "wireless" still takes up a port for its receiver. Apple apparently has not figured out how to make a full sized keyboard that is Bluetooth, so this became my best option. It maintains the same look of the included keyboard, but is so much more usable. As an added benefit, I got an additional 20% as an open box item.

great keyboard. i'm very particular about how the keys type and am very happy with this purchase. only a couple negatives - 1) i do wish it came with a wrist rest though. there is a slight slant to the keyboard as it's raised at the back - i ended up putting it on top of my mac air which also has a very slight slant and using the mac as a wrist rest. the added slant on the mac air combined with the keyboard was perfect. 2) wish it was wireless. i checked out the other wireless options and did not see one i liked. 1 had bad reviews. the other didn't have the 10-key which i wanted.

I know a lot of people prefer the wireless Bluetooth Apple keyboard. But I love this one for one reason–it has a numeric keypad, for those of us who do finance and/or accounting, adding in a lot of numbers in a pro forma spreadsheet, nothing better than a numeric keypad for speed. That's it. If you don't need it, then you'll probably want the smaller wireless one.
