Has additional functions for use only with a MAC computer. It will control volume and open and close the CD/DVD drive. Only negative feature is it is USB only and they do not offer a wireless keyboard that has a number keypad

This purchase was a replacement keyboard for my 2007 24" iMac which is still going strong after nine years and a new hard drive which was also replaced this year. Nine years for a hard drive and keyboard is amazing. Love Apple products. Only ones I will buy.

I'm an avid Apple user and one of my annoyances with purchasing a new Mac from a big box retailer is that you have no option to include the keyboard with the 12 key option. The only suggestion I would make to apple would be to make the USB cable a bit longer as it barely reaches my unit.

I bought a wireless number side car after I bought the computer, but it would work sometimes than stop and start again, you couldn't depend on it, so I felt it was a waist of $50.00 dollars, and now I spent another $50.00 dollars for a complete wired keyboard, but now I am happy

After years of using huge and clunky keyboards, I'm really enjoying this small, lightweight Apple keyboard. It's there when I need it and not in the way when I don't. And definitely worth the price as it has proven to be durable over time.

Bought this keyboard to make it easier to do development work on my macbook. Works well.

These are great keyboards and are not loud when you type. I purchased these to replace my old one as I spllied a small amount of coffee on the keyboard and it stopped working. Keep all food and drinks away from the keyboard and you will be fine!

It's from Apple, of course it is great! Smooth, attractive, seamless. Wish it was wireless!!!

I needed a wired keyboard for the office. Too many wireless devices in the area. It takes up a lot of space but get's the job done.

I had an older iMac that the keyboard had finally started to mess up so I needed a new one. I thought about an aftermarket keyboard, but the Apple one is designed so well to fit the styling of my iMac I decided that Apple was the only way to go.

I've been buying this keyboard for the last 10 years. Different computer stations in the office. I love it, it's not noisy like others. Cons - Make sure to have you hands clean or by the end of the week the keyboard is going to look nasty.

This keyboard works well and provides a solid alternative to my laptop keyboard.

This is my third one in less than 2 years - they don't seem to last long but otherwise are my fav keyboard when using a Mac
