Bought to be able to connect my iPod to an older Bose sound dock. Cord is too short and stiff to do much with. Leaves the iPod (or iPhone) upside down and can't lay it on the desk because the cord is not long enough. Way overpriced for what you get. Considering returning.

Replaced factory radio and this made the transfer seamless

If you use this adapter often as I do it will not last very long. Seems like it bends close to plugs and must eventually break a wire from the bending. I am on my second one and it does not come cheap. Would recommend do to the fact that no other adapter available

So I bought this thing because I wanted to be able to listen to the music on my iPhone in my 2013 BMW and you can't just plug a USB cable in, as that would be too logical. It works. It costs too much and is too short, but it works.

I need these for my car iphone adapter. This is the third one I have bought. I reinforced the neck on this with shrink wrap even before putting it into service. The others all broke at the base of the lightning connector.

Cord connects new iPhones to the old iPod connections but the cord is very short. My connection was in the glove box so the cord would not reach far enough for me to play my music & it did not charge the phone.

I had to return the first one I bought because it did not work at all. I tried it on 2 iphones,and 2 ipads with 3 different speaker systems, and it did not work with any combination. The second one I got in exchange works with all my combinations.

I bought this cable to connect an iPhone 6s plus to a Bose Sounddock Series II. This cable costs way to much and isn't very good. At times I can hear static through the speakers while charging. Sometimes, it does not charge.

I have this and a 30pin to lightning adapter plug not corded. The plug works great 100% of the time. This cord works sometimes then doesn't. I'm not sure if I got a faulty one but it's already been returned.

For what it is, a simple adaptor, it's a bit expensive. But overall it works as advertised and is of decent quality. Fits right into and over my old iPod dock, making it useable with any new lightning device.

This adapter with the bit of cord is most ideal. You will not get your phone to mount and dock but it can still be used with any old 30-pin speaker system. Its grossly over priced because it can be.

For what you get this should last much longer. Had to buy a 2nd one after 2 years of use made the first one unusable, however the cheaper options don't send data through the cable.

Is larger than current lightinng connector. Won't work with life proof cases. And expensive times 2!!!!!

I got this to be able to charge my phone from my iHome clock radio with 30 pin iPod dock. Unfortunately the power output is not enough to charge through the lightning port.

device didn't work. everything hooks up easy enough, looks just fine for an expensive paper weight. Unfortunately, I wanted to play my ipod thru the Bose system

I bought this adapter to be able to connect an iPod to my car radio and it works as advertised. I would definitely recommend this product to others.

Did the job of converting from 30 pin to lightning so I could use my newer iPhone with an older alarm clock. Would work better if cord was a little longer.

Bought this connector to play music from my iphone 5 through car radio. Already had an iPod connection, but needed this connector as an adapter. Works great!
