Good product but doesn't fit every device and is hard to use.

I bought this to use in my car to attach my new iPhone 6 to the audio system in my car. (I used to have an iPhone 4 with 30pin). The only way to use it is to remove the iPhone case each time which is a PITA. So for me it doesn't fit (pun) my needs

I picked this up with a iPod nano. Works as needed.

Very easy to damage or break need to handle with care

I bought this on the premise that it would charge my 17yo daughters phone from her IHome Radio. The radio is 30 pin. The weight of her Iphone6 makes this unusable, and even without the phone, it doesn't seat properly on the radio. Disappointed.

Bought this for my wife as her SUV does not not have an aux input, but does have the 30 pin ipod chord in the glove box for some reason. She used it for about a month then it stopped working. I looked at the adapter and it looked like it had been burned where the inside contacts are. I would chalk that up to getting a bad apple, but this was second adapter that had failed for us. The first one we bought was a while ago and we used it for our home stereo. It worked for about 2 months, then it just stopped. No visible signs of damage, it just stopped. For how much money these cost to get a "genuine" apple product, i expected more.

Bought this to connect to a new Honda Civic with usb and hdmi inputs. Wife has a 30 pin iphone and I have a lightning iphone. Wanted to use this adapter instead of two different cables. Did not work. Would read usb but not hdmi at the same time.

Works as advertised but the lightning plug is close to the 30pin base. As such it wont fit if your pho e is in a case. Now i need to find an adapter for this adapter. And to top it off they are expensive for what they are.

it is what wwe need to convert new ipod to a recently purchased stereo. It was confusing at first because no one at Best Buy told us the adapter was different. So I had to ask around and make trip back to towm,

It works but why is it so expensive? Also, this doesn't work with your iphone devices if you have certain Otterboxes so you then have to buy the other device with a longer cord that is even more expensive!

Didn't work with otterbox screen protector on the ipod. Had to exchange it for extended cord / plug. Otherwise, works great if not using otterbox.

A good idea, but be aware that the lightning connector is short, and not long enough to fit into the iPhone connector if the phone is in a case, like a Lifeproof.

If only they made the connector 1/16" longer, then I wouldn't have to remove the iPhone case each time I use the device. Also pretty expensive for what it is, but that's Apple...

I thought this was a great idea since I have about 15 old iPhone chargers. However it doesn't work With the case on my new phone. Or any case I tried. So I had to take it back.

This works fine until light and stable use. It will stop functioning if it gets jostled. Apple lightning is too unstable.
