This adapter works fine, but the lightning tab is not long enough for the case on my iPhone.

We have a Honda Pilot and I have a lot of kids movies on my I phone 7 plus. We have an old audio/video iPod cord that we used to display movies on the TV with my old iPhone 5. I purchased the adapter so I could play videos in the car with my old cord and iPhone 7 plus. Only sound works. No video. Tried it on multiple tv's. No bueno.

wanted to travvel with my ipad and hook to the tv but didn't seem to work.

This worked for a little and then the connection messed up.

it keeps coming loose have to jiggle it on brand new ipod to get it to work

Does NOT work all the time. Sometimes you have to unplug and plug back in up to 12-15 times and turn your device off and on for it to work again. I have 2 of these, so it's a common problem. I'd estimate the adapter works approximately 40% of the time. It's also way overpriced.

The adapter plug is too short to fit into my phone with the case on.

The item is too rigid and cheap. Just a small movement of the phone causes the connection to fail. Does not work unless perfectly still. Do yourself a favor and buy the one with the cable for a few dollars more. I returned this one for the other. Much happier.

I bought this to use as an adapter between my ipad mini, and a cable used to watch ipad content on my tv. The cable was made for an iPad 2, with the old style plug. This adapter would not transfer data through, and so is useless to me.

I purchased this item so that I could listen to a newer iPod, iPhone or iPad on a road trip, since my 2014 auto had the older 1" connector. This item slipped out of each appliance and was unusable. Very disappointed.

my Boise speaker does not a support bracket for Iphone while in use with adapter and loses connection and don't recommend unless you have a docker that allows IPhone to hold and stay in place while using adapter

Will need to return this product as it will not work on clock radio I had with previous I-pad makes it to tall new I-pad will not sit on pin adaptor as support in back would be too short to stabilizer iPad

Purchased this adapter to connect a 30 pin adapter in my car to my iPhone 6. It worked one time and I could never get the connection to work again. This adapter was a total waste of money. Buyer beware!!!!

This is extremely overpriced and it is not worth it. I tried use it on a stand, but it did not work because the phone was too heavy. Unfortunately, it was after the 15 day return policy at Best Buy expired.
