No need to throw away old chargers

Doesn't fit phone with case

It allows my new iPhone to work with the system in my car which has the older 30 pin connector. The problem is that it isn't compatible with a phone in it's case. The lightning tab is directly connected to the 30 pin connector.

But the design doesn't take into account cases or docks so the lightening connection may not e long enough to fit.
