Ok for some devices
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this adapter so I wouldn't have to buy several new accessories when I switched from the iPhone 4s to the 5s. the adapter didn't work for my clock radio which also charged my 4s but it does work on any USB or car charger I've used it on. So it looks like I'm getting a new clock radio
