Had to return recommend by sales person

Tried another device recommended by sales person when returning this one. Neither device work. Had to return second device was waste of time & gas. To be fair to devise company product my work with other devises.

Didn't work for my application

I wanted to use it in line with a VGA adapter I have for the 30 pin plug. Didn't work at all. This was my fault although the best buy crew said..."sure it'll work".
