This device works perfectly to transfer photos from my SD card to my iPad (it doesn't work on the iPhone). Just the solution I needed!

Work terrific right out-of-the-box, no software needed. My camera takes a micro SD card, so I used an adapter to a full-size SD card to connect to this device. It transferred my pictures and videos without any problems! Would have been an even better value if it had a microSD card adapter built into it since most cameras today now use that format.

Everything works pretty easily and seemlessly. The only disappointment is that you can't add photos back onto the SD card from the iPad. You can only go SD card to iPad.

I have found this to be the fastest way to transfer images from my camera to my iPad and then onto the cloud. A quick plug in of the SD reader and the disk and the iPad loads many large images in seconds. A small device that travels everywhere with me.

When I upgraded to an iPad Air, the Apple Camera Connection kit that I bought with my first iPad would no longer work, due to the lightning connector on the iPad Air. This cable does exactly what I need, and it's a breeze to use. Ordered online and picked it up in the store, easy as pie.

This is a must have accessory when you need to import picture from your camera's SD card when you are only traving with your ipad. Easy to use, plug and play and your ipad pop up will ask which pictures to be import from the SD card to the internal storage of ipad. Wish to see if apple can allow user to use expandable memory.

We bought this to transfer pics from our digital camera SD card to the iPad. My wife likes to edit the pics on the iPad and this makes it so easy to transfer the pics to it. I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes to edit their pics on the iPad.

a necessary item for your iPad. makes moving pictures over from card to ipad very easy. just wish the apple photo program had more options than standard crop and autofix.

This is awesome. Perfect for the quick look and edit. I carry my camera and it's accessories, my ipad, this and my phone and I can quickly shoot, transfer to ipad, edit, send to phone (if I don't have wifi), and upload to whatever I want. I was looking at getting a Mac to carry with me so I could edit and then wait for wifi and then post but this way I can be in the desert and as long as I have some cell service I can have all my shots uploaded in seconds. Perfect for the on the go photographer

It worked great for my Scion XB radio and streamed whatever I had on my Samsung Note 4, would highly recommended this!!

Best Buy advertises that this adapter also works the iPhone 5; however, it does not. When I went to the Apple website to figure out why it wasn't working, it was clear that it only works on iPad. I was very disappointed as I currently don't have a newer iPad. I'll be returning this adapter. I'm sure it works great with an iPad. Since it doesn't work with iPhone 5, is the only reason why I'm giving 1 star.
