    I needed this to connect a micro USB microphone device to an iPhone XS+. While it "supposedly" is not intended to pass all data - in other words, it should only work for "charging" - it works perfectly! I'm able to use my AT2005USB mic with my iPhone and it sounds GREAT.

    If you have an iPad, this is the best accessory to have if you like to download pictures, I like it better than the card reader. You don't have to take the card out and risk damaging it, just connect it to your camera with your camera cable and it downloads all your pictures and videos very quick
