Great for viewing pictures on the go
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like to review the pictures that I've taken on vacation at the end of the day and while a laptop is usually fine for the task there are occasions that a laptop is too bulky to take on vacation. An Ipad Air and the lightning to USB has proven to be a great alternative to carrying a laptop. Importing the pictures is easy, and the imported pictures are at full camera resolution so they can even be used as a backup. Add in the mobile version of Adobe Lightroom and I won't even miss my laptop.

Only works with a camera

You get error message that says not enough power when you use the GoPro or Nikon KeyMission360 and the battery are fully charge. And this product won t work with like a USB to memory card reader.

Apple - Lightning-to-USB Camera Adapter - White

The DAC recommended the Apple Lightning to USB3 Camera Adapter cord. That was a more expensive and larger cord. The one I bought works perfectly. No need to spend the extra money and end up with a larger/bulkier cord.

Fantastic Accessory!

Wi-fi access at the hotel was expensive, unreliable, and cumbersome; so I could not rely on uploading and downloading. This camera adaptor worked with an older digital camera. Simply plugged in both devices and the tablet handled the download, even deleted the pictures on the camera at my request. Could not be more simple to use!
