Apple-Magic Keyboard Folio

At first the woman at the return station wasn’t going to take the item back since it’s supposed to be only good for two weeks. We told her we were returns buying the correct model which by way was more expensive. She acted like it did not matter to her but finally okayed the return as long as we were buying the more expensive item. Terrible customer service.
