    I guess with covid we need to ask for assistance but other than that it was a fine experience. It’s just usually there’s assistance when we need help with a purchase or any questions and there was no one around for that.

    Expensive, but a great accessory for for iPad Pro. The screen angle is great and the backlit keyboard is such a plus.

    Missing a row of function keys, its heavy, and the iPad needs to be out of any protective case to use it. Good if a laptop replacement, bad if you tote it everywhere like a tablet.

    Easy to type on keyboard. the only issue im facing is that the ipad will pop off when i adjust the tilt if i grab the tablet from the top or the edges.

    It’s magnetic so on and off is so easy. The keyboard is good and the stand can be adjusted. Great to use for Zoom meetings.
