I returned the Magic Keyboard for the 4th Gen iPad Pro 12.9". It provides no protection for the iPad edges and even at the price I paid ($200) - it is still way too much money. The touchpad is okay, which is really the only reason to buy the Magic Keyboard. It looks cool and has a touchpad, but costs $200 on sale and provides no protection. I'm out

I got this as a best by “deal of the day” and so i got a really great Apple product for a really great price. Took my IPad Pro and attached it magnetically to this keyboard case and not I have a mini IMac. This keyboard works and fells great and I like the way it automatically uses backlight feature when the room becomes dark. Still learning a lot of different tips and tricks that make this so much fun and exciting to use.

If you are going to keep your iPad stationary, then this is a great (though expensive) choice. If you want your iPad to be mobile, choose a different keyboard.
