Expensive when you combine the cost of the keyboar

Open your open box items prior to leaving store

Bought this keyboard open box description identified the item as having smudges. Upon getting home and removing the keyboard from the sealed Best Buy blue open-box package I was able to identify 4 small rips to the right on the trackpad and several deep scratches on the left side accompanied by a larger rip. Overall condition should have said poor because whomever was allowed to return it must have a cat or small dog that used the keyboard as a toy when they weren't supervised. Best Buy is located about 20 miles from my house that trip is compounded by the fact it is a resort town so I will be wasting at least 2 hours of my day in the coming days to return this item. The open box price was only 50.00 below the regular price of the item at best this keyboard is worth the price of the price of the 199 Smart Keyboard in the condition it was sold.

IMPROVE ON THE CAMERA - WHY IS IT ON THE SIDE???

Not five stars because the camera is on the left side (HELLO product designers??) Were you home when this was designed? It is most irritating when doing video conference calls. Graphics are fine but nothing to scream about with joy.

Almost great but good maybe fine for most

My only complaint and it’s a big one... no top bar hot keys. If they put a little more thought into the package it would have been a solid home run, but I guess that’s too much to do for. At this price point it should not have been overlooked.
