I debating buying this keyboard for several weeks. Trying to decided whether this was worth the cost. In my honest opinion it is. I carry my iPad Pro 90% of the time over my MacBook Pro. It hasn’t replaced my laptop but it’s easier to carry around in my backpack and store in my locker at work. As a college student that primarily is digital this is great for typing essays, quick searches on google whiling using split screen etc.

The absolute best keyboard I’ve ever used. PERIOD. I’ve been using multiple keyboards Apple has came out with since the original iPad Air. I used the one from 2019 with the iPad Pro 11 inch and now 2021 decided to get this one for the 12.9. The responsiveness of the mouse and keys are AMAZING. You would literally think you’re using a regular MacBook when typing. I’ve fallen in love, yes the price is high but it is ABSOLUTELY worth every penny and I do not say that often on Apple products.

I enjoy using this keyboard more than my traditional laptop. This keyboard doesn’t have physical backlit or screen brightness controls. Also no apple pencil holder. What I do like about this case is the ability to just quit detach the ipad. Overall its a good case but overly priced!

Magic Keyboard for IPad Pro 12.9

Bought this Apple Magic Keyboard Pro 12.9 after seeing many reviews so I decide to give it a try. Magic keyboard Pro 12.9 is very solid and feels very good quality. Keyboard is a good size and keys are very responsive,Touch pad very easy to use and the lighting is very nice.Magic Keyboard can serve as a protector for your IPad Pro 12.9 when carrying around and its sleek floating design makes it look very elegant. Magnets are very strong and will hold the Ipad very tight and it doesn’t fall. The only reason I am giving this product a 2star is due to its prize and lack of enginuity. Magic keyboard is way too expensive just for it being a keyboard. IPad Pro can not be used in landscape mode when placed on keyboard. Its doesn’t rotate in a 360degree mode so your stuck using the IPad Pro just in portrait mode! When Ipad is placed on Magic keyboard it does’nt tilt back either but is limited and this can become annoying if your outside or somewhere where their is much light and you need to adjust. Keyboard lacks command keys and many things are done using motion! They didn't include a Manuel for all these crazy commands! Magic-keyboard didn’t come with an C cord. The back side of Magic Keyboard covers the Apple Icon in back of your Ipad,(no opening to show apple Icon). Product is over valued and not worth paying well over $300 for it. Competitors have similar product at a much lesser prize. If you feel ok about paying well over $300 its a nice keyboard to have. If you already have an apple computer it would only be wiser to go with an Ipad 11in and a smaller keyboard due to size. You will eventually get tired of it if you carry it around!

This keyboard is one of Apple’s best addition to the IPad. Unlike its predecessor, this keyboard is lighted which really is a nice feature. It protects the IPad & is a rubberized exterior for added friction to prevent it slipping out of your hands when transporting it. It is very responsive and functional.

Love the product. Couple things i would of wanted...
1) siri/brightness/volume buttons
2) wish it can fold flat
3) more angle positions
4) to somehow protect the edges in case the whole thing falls
5)somehow make it easier to open it. Its harder to open this than a laptop.
6)more colors
7)a way for it to flip vertical
8)overpriced
The picture shows how far it actually tilts
- i have few more but this is good for now
Nonetheless good product overall

First...its expensive. At over 300 its more than i wanted to spend. The quality feels good. The hinge seems solid. Most of my Apple products are built good. I still have a 10 year old Macbook Pro thats a work horse. I would like to see a lighted keyboard if possible.

The ipad I used before would not buy a keyboard, but I like this keyboard very much, and it is almost inseparable from the i pad,Especially its design to support the i pad, there is nothing else that can be compared with it

Great keyboard for the iPad Pro. Works great. Love the backlite keyboard. The mouse pad works great as well. Gives the iPad the MacBook feel. For me and what I use it for it works great.

One of the best apple attachments I’ve ever bought. If you have and iPad this is most definitely a must grab. It literally turns your iPad into a computer!!! I love it overall no flaws.

Loving this keyboard. I’m new to apple after a lifetime of PCs and androids. I didn’t need the bells and whistles of a Mac but I did want to upgrade to a tablet that is just as capable. When I saw the keyboard that I could order with the iPad, I jumped on it. It works great, buttons are illuminated and easy to push and it charges along with the iPad. My husband has a cheaper, generic keyboard that has had its disappointments so when he saw my apple keyboard he was envious! It may seem a bit overpriced (which of course it is) but when you compare his to mine, you realize that you get what you pay for.

Not as versatile for it to to be so expensive, it falls over some times on my ipad 12.9 2021 version .
It’s okay, but i feel like there are more options out there . If your just looking for great laptop/ MacBook Experience, then this maybe for u. Also the lighting on the keyboard also kills the Batteries, just (fyi)
Other then making a purchase for $350 dollars, if i can find something similar, to this product, I will be returning before my 14days are up b/c this keyboard is over priced & its not as versatile to do thing with. Especially if i want to use my Apple Pencil, for the money I paid, i need this thing to fold in many positions.
I hope the photos help a little, as you will see the iPad falls over when I didn’t that’s my hands on the iPad, when it was sitting in my lap.
