Pricey but essential keyboard if you want to use your iPad pro as a laptop. Mouse pad is essential. It does add weight to your iPad.

Love my keyboard. The only downside is the power drain on the IPad itself when the keyboard is attached. Otherwise, love this product.

I had the original keyboard folio from apple at first and liked it. This keyboard and trackpad is what we have been missing to be truly workstation grade.

Bought it as a replacement for the base cover and because I was back in school and thought this could be my primary computer for work. Since In have started to use it, I have almost no complaints. It does everything well, but the keyboard functions could be better as I have found it’s difficult figuring out shortcuts, which it doesn’t have many so you still have to work with the touch screen. The experience of using both during Microsoft 365 at times works great and other times can be a pain in the butt when editing a paper.

Excellent add on for the iPad Pro! turns the tablet into a laptop without any extra wires or setting up- it works instantly!

This keyboard is a game changer. I love the little track pad and the light up keyboard. It turned my iPad into almost a full computer. Love this thing.

Hurts wallet to buy but literally changes the experience on iPad to accommodate replacing a standard laptop. 95% of what I do can be done on an iPad including photo and video editing the trackpad and decent keyboard was the last thing it needed.

Makes me love my iPad Pro even more!! I have been waiting for an Apple backlit keyboard!! Downside is the weight, but I am learning to not even notice.

I bought this for my sister for Christmas. From what I hear over the last few months, she absolutely loves it and uses it all the time.

It’s certainly a good keyboard, and if you get it at a deep discount it’s certainly worth considering. But if you’re thinking about buying it at full price, I would suggest you at least consider other options like the Logitech smart keyboard and case or the Brydge Max+. The feel of the material doesn’t really make me believe “pro” and instead makes me believe Apple cheaped out and is just trying to make more money. If you want a first-party keyboard, this is no question the best; but if you want a keyboard with no regard of who it comes from, consider the previous two keyboards listed above.
