I thought this was going to be higher quality but i was suprised at how small the key board was and the only think keeping the ipad in place was a magnet. I wqs also worried about the screen being all scratched up since its flush with the keyboard. Returned it.

Can not review because the iPad is not set up. Two trips to the Geek squad and a member of Family and Friends.... my iPad has not been set up ...... I have had the new iPad one month and totally over Best Buy .... they could care less once they get the yen! Bought the magic keyboard thinking they would have new iPad up and running on second try ...... hohohoho

very bulky....if you want a laptop buy an M mac air....this plus the ipad will cost you the same

Took it back. Weighs more by far than the IPad I bought it for.

The keyboard only worked for 4 months, and then it stopped. Best Buy won’t help with replacement, they referred me to Apple Care. They don’t warranty it even though there is a 1 year parts and service warranty. That means, $300.00+ out the window.

It's an overpriced keyboard. It works Not much else to say.

Someone stole my cc info and bought this item an picked it up. I have contacted Best buy several times and have gotten no response. I also contacted the BBB and they refuse to do anything besides tell me to file a police report. Like the police can do anything. I will NEVER buy another item from Best Buy again!

It not for this product tho is it taking forever for Best Buy to ship this as a replacement because of my lose package

I understand that even the best brands can manufacture defective products. However, declining to submit a return label for defective products is definitely unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE!

They gave my stuff to random People and then tried to say i tock them After 3 days of going back to the store they said they gave them out to other persons without checking identification or anything didn’t even apologize just gave me my stuff as a get out of here

Not a practical cover. Very uncomfortable for tying on keyboard

THIS IS A NICE KEYBOARD FOR MY IPAD. THE ONLY INCONVENIENCE IS WHEN I CARRY MY IPAD WITH ME, AND IT FALLS; NO PROTECTION.

Not a fan. It doesn’t fold all the way back to be able not use the keyboard. Fine for a desktop situation but not to use as a true tablet case

This is super good for productivity. But return key is not working properly in Chrome web browser. This is an critical issue. (S/w)

For $300 this should be more user friendly. This is designed for a tablet. It should be designed to lay flat to use the tablet without removing the keyboard.

extremely touchy it is just simple as it gets, you cant use an iPad flat with it slides off and drops pen.
