Very impressive in terms of ease of use and integration. Feels like it will hold up well also as it's really well made. Yes it's expensive when compared to other 3rd party models but the quality and ease of install can't be matched.

It's so much nicer to use the mouse, like a laptop keyboard, then having to touch the screen to scroll up or down. I bought this for my husband who has been having neck pain. The raised iPad has helped keep his neck in a more comfortable position.

Very good hardware quality and feel, but I wish there were function keys. And yes, it's overpriced. I used this with my iPad Pro 2018, so the old model with the smaller circular camera bump. I had to design and 3D print a camera hole insert so my older iPad would fit nicely. (This isn't at all necessary, but it improves the fit for iPads without a square camera bump.)

This keyboard is awesome!! My laptop was dying and my ipad was out of date- but I only NEEDED the keyboard function for work- the rest is fun stuff- games and videos. The Ipad AIR combined with this keyboard gave me ALL the functionality I needed to use office and work. I bought mine on a sale and had best buy coupons so got mine way cheaper than actual cost- but was still willing to pay the extra cost for the function of the keyboard. As long as your ipad has power your keyboard has power-great when you are working. I tested it out first thing, to see if I could run a client’s payroll with just my ipad air and this keyboard. No problems! Super easy! I had gotten the surface the day before-hated it and returned for this keyboard and the ipad air- turns out was cheaper even without my discounts.

Love having the keyboard with the tablet. It kind of doubles as a case as well which I really like. It's sturdy and easy to use.

This keyboard is excellent and has many advanced features, like the ability to create shortcuts for certain actions on your iPad. The keyboard acts as a case and also allows one to hold the iPad in various positions, which works very well. Overall, it is very nice quality and I would recommend. The only major downside is the price, which is very high in my opinion.

The Magic Keyboard securely holds the iPad Pro while typing, protects it when closed, and provides a full keyboard and track pad when it is open. It works with last year’s iPad Pro as well as the newest model, which is nice and kind of unusual. Opening and closing it is much easier than with previous models, as is removing the iPad when you want to use it for reading, drawing, etc.

I know the price point is pretty outrageous, but it’s Apple so it’s pretty much expected. To be honest, this is the best tablet keyboard I’ve ever used, even better than the keyboard on the Surface Pros. It’s pretty heavy, but I like that because it just feels higher quality. The backlight is adjustable manually and automatically, and you can even customize the trackpad cursor speed. Other than that, the extra USB-C port allows you to charge your iPad and have a free port for SD card reader, HDMI output, etc. Overall, although $300 for a keyboard is ridiculous, I’m extremely happy with it and I feel like anything else would just fall short of my expectations.

I purchased this keyboard after getting Best Buy to price match the competition which made it an excellent deal. It is nice that it connects through the smart connector and you do not have to worry about keeping it charged like previous generation keyboards. However it does add weight to the iPad Pro and the tilting angles are limited.

Amazing. Made working on the ipad so much easier. Felt like working on an actual macbook. Only downside is you’re paying the same amount $650+300 is almost the same price as a macbook.

Love this keyboard. I had a non apple product and keys started falling off after a few months. No issue at all with this product. Little expensive but worth it.

Finally, a keyboard and trackpad combo that works flawlessly. No more Bluetooth or cheap keyboard keys. I recommend reading up on the gestures to get the most out of the trackpad. When you are utilizing the iPad with the keyboard, you should not need to use the touchscreen at all. Once you want to use it in tablet mode, the iPad comes right off with a slight pull. Compared to most cases i have had, this is much easier. When the case is closed, it feels very secure and the camera is elevated, protecting it from any scratches. Apples best product in a long time, changes the iPad into a more functional device then ever before. It feels like a $300 case/keyboard.

It’s a good keyboard overall. Would of been nice to have some function keys. They have cheaper keyboards that have all this not sure why Apple couldn’t add it on theirs. Biggest downside is definitely the price. 100% over priced In my opinion. Also wish it had better viewing angles. It does have a good build quality to it and taking the iPad off the case is really easy.

By far the best keyboard for my iPad Pro that I’ve had. Extremely easy to use, very durable, and nice features. I really enjoy the backlit keyboard and it’s use of a direct connection via contacts on the back of your iPad Pro and the keyboard itself vs yet another Bluetooth connection interfering with all of the other wireless devices that I have in constant use. You simply place your iPad where it belongs on the keyboard and strong magnets keep it secure. You never have to worry about charging it since it runs off of your iPad Pro’s insanely long-lasting battery. Worth the price and I would recommend it to anyone with an iPad Pro.

This keyboard is pricy but it does get the job done. I do love the feel of it and how easy it is to pack into my bag. It also does have LED lights to see at night.
