This key board gives me the feel of having a macbook with the ability to touch the screen it is the best of both worlds!

User friendly pricey but worth it if your going to school or an artist or just on the go

This keyboard is outstanding!!! I have been using it for several years and it is like new still. It is used 2 or 3 hours a day, lots of typing. The key feel is excellent - nice size for actual typing

Great case. Worth the money. Really makes your iPad into a laptop. Great to type on. The backlit keyboard is a plus.

This is my seventh iPad/keyboard combination and it finally brings me as close as possible to a laptop-replacement combination. Obviously, it’s very pricey, but the build quality is exceptional and the trackpad is a real game changer. I have larger hands and find the lighted keyboard layout to be comfortable. The addition of the USB-C port is handy for keeping the charging cord out to the way and the magnets lock it down very securely. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the investment and hope it lasts as long as the iPad.

Apple pretty much nailed it with this keyboard/ mouse. On the pros the touch bar really does give this generation of iPad not only the look/ feel but most importantly to me its functionality comparable to that of a basic laptop. Having the track pad enabled me to discover different features i was unaware of. After about a month I’d say it was def worth the purchase. Stellar product that increases my efficiency exponentially IF and a small yet colossal IF .... If it only had an [esc] key. Not sure if the 12.9 version has but I know all my 11 inch hommies out there feel my struggle. WHY APPLE WHY “ ` ~ “ ? and no “ [ESC] “ ? WHY!? TElllLL meeee waaHHyee!

I was on the fence because like most apple products they’re overpriced. And of course like most Apple products, once you start using it, you realize why you pay top dollar for Apple products. This keyboard is flawless in its execution. It so smooth and so fluid. The promotion 120hz refresh rate makes the keyboard and iPad Pro run like they were always meant to be together. I was going to buy a MacBook Air but said “let me give this a try first” so glad I did. You will not be disappointed with this purchase!!

Very good keyboard. It’s easy to use and doesn’t feel uncomfortable to type like others I’ve used in the past.

Have only had this since Christmas but I really love it! I can use my iPad as a laptop or turn it vertically and the case becomes a nice handle kind of like the spine if a book. The magnetic backing seems strong enough, but if not careful, it can become disconnected so make sure you have a good screen protector on it and/or another protective case. A bit pricy with no other choices, but I will definitely get my money’s worth!

This is the best keyboard ever! It allows the screen to be adjusted to the perfect angle for comfortable viewing. (Tricky when wearing progressive lenses!) Also the keyboard has a nice touch that is easy to use. Finally, the battery life is great! I got my first one in December and didn't have to charge it until March. I have one more iPad to replace soon and when I do I will include this keyboard with it as well.

Makes your iPad heavy and clunky but good for usage purposes. If you use your iPad to type a lot then this is your thing.

A little too expensive in my opinion but it is the best. I tried everything else I could not put up with 3rd party solutions

I am writing this review on the Apple Magic Keyboard and it is a game changer. I was initially hesitant in purchasing this keyboard due to mainly price. But after using it for approximately 2 weeks, it has changed the way that I use my 2018 11-inch iPad Pro. I use it equally in keyboard mode / tablet mode with the Magic Keyboard. Highly recommend to anyone hesitant in pulling the trigger due to price. Simply put, you get what you pay for. The engineering alone that went into this product is worth the price.

I bought and returned this keyboard one time, before realizing how much I missed it. I use the Magic Keyboard everyday, all day. It is on my desk in the office next to my PC laptop and at home I use it as much, if not more than my MacBook Pro. In fact, since I have a 2019 MacBook Pro with the butterfly keyboard, I will use the Magic Keyboard over the MacBook for typing. It's so good. I thought it was a bit expensive, but after trying some of the "competition ", nothing comes close.

The good Much better typing experience than the Smart Keyboard, and it's at least as good as most third-party peripherals. Nice materials make for strong aesthetics and a good feel Backlit keys Easy to adjust and stable when you do adjust it The bad: The trackpad is quite cramped “Hover” effect adds more height than is maybe necessary, which can be a problem in cramped spaces like airplane cabins The adjustment range for the angle of the iPad could be bigger The ugly: It’s extremely expensive

This is an awesome looking and it works great if you don't want to pull out your laptop. It's easy to take on that go with you.
