Heavy, only one adjustable setting, difficult and very awkward to use portrait style, iPad just magnetically attaches with no extra way to secure it, super expensive, no place to carry a stylus. I say scratch this and start over. Maybe you can learn a thing or two from Zugu cases!!

This item was loud and keystrokes were “clacky”! I used it for about a week and decided it wasn’t worth $330+, so I returned it.

Great addition to iPad Air for use as "portable computer" - Only rated good for magnet attachment whic is a little weak to hold the iPad Air. The keyboard is larger which makes use and typing more efficient. Only drawback is the additional need for better protection when transporting or packing in carry on. Need an overall slim case protector for the keyboard and iPad Air.

worked great on my lap and a desktop but is way to heavy. over priced. better option is apple's smart "folio" keyboard

It was okay, but I didn’t like the fixed position and having to take the iPad off the stand if I wanted to use it the other way

Love the product - it’s awesome! But it drains the iPad battery super fast. I’m talking from 10 hours down to about 4.

Open box "excellent" version was dirty but relatively in good shape. The case is solid but honestly way over priced for the design. Keyboard has a nice feel but find it hard to keep on my lap worrying if the screen is on tight. Screen is not covered when using so it's exposed.

I liked the Magic Case until it broke my iPad. It overbalanced when being used like a laptop. The plug corner of the case and the adjacent corner of the iPad dented, and the iPad screen cracked along the line where the magnetic connection to the MagicCase ends. The damage is directly related to the case design, which creates these vulnerabilities when used as intended. It was a short fall onto a not-very hard surface. I find myself wondering if the crack might have developed even without the drop, given the stresses associated with taking the device in and out of the case. However, I am out of luck for warranty replacement, despite being within the dates, because the design flaw is with the Apple case rather than the iPad, and Apple’s algorithms want to charge me as much as the iPad is worth to repair accidental damage. They referred me to BestBuy, but I have yet to learn whether they well help.

Excellent features, but I wish there was a way to also connect storage to it Without buying a external adapter. Might also have to get a protective shield or cloth as a line does form on the tablet.

It is difficult for me to work with this product. It does not fold in a way that works for me and how I need to use the iPad.

Gets dirty very easily, but looks nice i guess.. I would only recommend if u have the extra money to spend.

Nice keyboard but Not worth $300! Staying with my original Apple keyboard.

We purchased this for my daughter she loves it but her only complaint is that when she charges her ipad with it,it gets very hot

I really did not like the color, to my surprise it shows everything, fingerprints, dust and lint.

Haven't had time to work on learning how it works.

Keyboard is fine. Limited range of hinge motion is awkward. More thought needed to go into how this product would function in actual usage.

As a retired individual this magic keyboard is not useful to me and personally I don’t like it

It is sturdy and good. However, I don’t like that I can’t rotated around. It is expensive to using it for one way only.

I turn it back cuz it doesnt have felxibility for 360 degree keyboard turn . Cuz keyboard cant open more than 90 degree. Thats frustraiting design . I changed with logitech keyboard . That have best felxibility and keyboard can turn 360 degree back or deattach . Logitech keyboard has better design.
