Best Buy Terrible Customer Service

I got a tracking number but it only says Label created, waiting for product. Best Buy has terrible customer service. It’s been almost a month and they won’t refund that portion of the order or deliver the product.

Great pictures, good idea, poor execution!

Apple took great pictures at good angles to make it appear that there was more movement available on the hinges then there really is. The time that the keyboard was out of the box and on my ipad was about 1/10th the time I waited for BB to bring it out to my car. Really not worth the money!!!!

Poor choice for me

There also isn’t anything to keep the pencil from falling off. It’s overpriced for the lack of functionality.
