I was excited to get the Keyboard, unfortunately, it was bugged and didn't function to apple standard. Apple dropped the ball on this one

Terrible. It was super laggy and couldn’t keep up with my typing speed. I would have to stop and wait several minutes for it to put each individual character in and it would sometimes skip characters or add ones I know I did not type. For the price of this item I would have expected it to work flawlessly.

Hmmm not very mobile ! Only moves in 1 useful position! But if you got $300 to blow! Blow it .. and enjoy

Can not review because the iPad is not set up. Two trips to the Geek squad and a member of Family and Friends.... my iPad has not been set up ...... I have had the new iPad one month and totally over Best Buy .... they could care less once they get the yen! Bought the magic keyboard thinking they would have new iPad up and running on second try ...... hohohoho

very bulky....if you want a laptop buy an M mac air....this plus the ipad will cost you the same

I thought this was going to be higher quality but i was suprised at how small the key board was and the only think keeping the ipad in place was a magnet. I wqs also worried about the screen being all scratched up since its flush with the keyboard. Returned it.

I went to Best Buy to get help buying the iPad & keyboard for my husband. This keyboard does not even go with this iPad. We were disappointed the sales clerk gave us the wrong keyboard.

Took it back. Weighs more by far than the IPad I bought it for.

The keyboard only worked for 4 months, and then it stopped. Best Buy won’t help with replacement, they referred me to Apple Care. They don’t warranty it even though there is a 1 year parts and service warranty. That means, $300.00+ out the window.

It's an overpriced keyboard. It works Not much else to say.

Didn’t like that I couldn’t fold the case all the way around to the back

Someone stole my cc info and bought this item an picked it up. I have contacted Best buy several times and have gotten no response. I also contacted the BBB and they refuse to do anything besides tell me to file a police report. Like the police can do anything. I will NEVER buy another item from Best Buy again!

It not for this product tho is it taking forever for Best Buy to ship this as a replacement because of my lose package

JUNK. Horrible keyboard, returned it the next day.

They gave my stuff to random People and then tried to say i tock them After 3 days of going back to the store they said they gave them out to other persons without checking identification or anything didn’t even apologize just gave me my stuff as a get out of here

I understand that even the best brands can manufacture defective products. However, declining to submit a return label for defective products is definitely unprofessional and UNACCEPTABLE!

THIS IS A NICE KEYBOARD FOR MY IPAD. THE ONLY INCONVENIENCE IS WHEN I CARRY MY IPAD WITH ME, AND IT FALLS; NO PROTECTION.

Had for a few months and the keyboard stops being compatible to my Apple air tablet

Not a practical cover. Very uncomfortable for tying on keyboard
