Great with a few flaws
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the best keyboard option hands down for the iPad. I tried the Logitech folio touch as it was listed as a good alternative and it was cheaper. Ended up being underwhelmed and bought this instead. This case is perfect minus 2 things. It is crazy expensive, and there’s no good way to protect the iPad while inside the case. The sides are exposed when closed and it’s completely exposed while being used. Even thin cases apparently do not work at the same time while using the magic keyboard. Aside from these things this case is great and is a must if you plan to use your iPad as more than just a consumption device.

Kinda sucks to buy new, but worth it to me.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Does everything I need it to, and works seamlessly with the operating system. It’s just like having a MacBook again. Plus there’s no battery you have to worry about keeping charged for the keyboard, which in turn gives your another port to work with.

High quality, secure
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.High Quality and basically like a mini laptop. I can easily detach it when I want to use my iPad as an iPad. the magnets are strong and the keyboard is light and satisfying. A little expensive but it’s apple. I would mainly recommend this product for those who intend to use an ipad as a keyboard attached device more often then without.

The best keyboard case for the iPad line
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Hands down the best keyboard case for the iPad Pro and new iPad Air line but it's very overpriced. Simply there is no other iPad accessory that can transform your iPad into a traditional computer like the Magic Keyboard. The trackpad while smallish is your prototypical ultra smooth Mac trackpad and the keys IMO are simply brilliant and are just as good as the ones found on the Macbook lineup. The only qualm about the keys would be there are no macro keys. The keyboard deck is ultra stiff with little to no flex when holding it or pressing down on it. The hinge basically has the same movement as any Macbook but is greatly superior than the two angles found on the Smart Keyboard Folio. The polyurethane is somewhat of an odd choice for such an expensive case since it is a fingerprint magnet and does scratch easily. The seemed edges of the keyboard are sharp which is kind of an oversite by Apple. I should also note that when docked your iPad has zero side protection. The Magic Keyboard has some exclusive features like the ability to share power with your keyboard directly so you never have to charge it. The Keyboard also has a USB C port that allows you to charge your iPad while keeping your iPad's USB C port free for data transfers. Since the Magic Keyboard runs of your iPad, it will drain your iPad's battery 10% faster than normal. Even with the Magic Keyboard's expensive price and flaws, it's hands down the best keyboard case out there.

The perfect purchase
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I literally love this keyboard! I got this to take notes in class, do homework for my masters and to help be more organized. It’s sleek and holds up well. With my little one and messy/sticky fingers, it cleans easily too.

Excellent keyboard!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard is a joy to type on with great key travel and sufficient spacing between the keys. I also love the trackpad, which is small but performs beautifully. I get all the viewing angles I need for my different usage scenarios. Some reviews on YouTube made me worry that it would be too heavy for my liking, but it turned out to be still comfortably light and portable. It’s expensive but it’s well worth it for me.

A No Brainer
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keyboard is a must to transform your iPad Air into a legitimate replacement for your computer. It covered all basic tasks, including email, web, word, excel, power point. Much easier than lugging around computer especially when traveling.

Great keyboard
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had mine for years and gifted this one to my hubby. I love it. It is backlit, needs just the right amount of pressure to press the keys, and the keys are in a good position for my hands. I very seldom use the track pad, but it’s nice to know it’s available. it has also done a great job protecting my iPad from accidental drops or chips.

A Premium product at a Premium price.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Ok, the good first.. this thing has a truly premium feel. Regardless of your opinion of Apple as a company, one thing they do well is make devices that just feel like they’re a cut above anything else and the Magic Keyboard is no exception. The keys feel really nice, it doesn’t feel like a cheap membrane keyboard. It uses Scissor Style switches with a really solid feel. The spacing is just enough to make it so your hands aren’t cramped and can type at your full speeds. The illumination ranges from Off to Dimly Lit all the way up to downright bright. It should be pretty easy for anyone to set the lighting how they want it. The iPad attaches magnetically and it detects and uses the keyboard automatically with no cables and the tablet doesn’t even need to have bluetooth turned on. The spine of the case holds a USB Type C Port that can be used for powering the laptop, but the keyboard mounted USB will not transfer data so you will have to plug into the iPad itself to do PC backups to iTunes. The only real downside is the price. While it’s a great product in every way, $300 for a keyboard is tough to swallow. Ultimately, I decided it was worth it since it basically turns an iPad into a small factor laptop and really adds a new dimension of function to the iPad. It’s a great product, I just would prefer it wasn’t so expensive. This review was typed on the Magic Keyboard.

Neat product!
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased an iPad Pro from Best Buy. I was looking into cases options when the sales Rep mentioned that the new magnetic keyboard would be a great choice. It’s a great product! It offers not only protection but also works great! It’s very light weight and great functional addition for iPad! Price was decent, haven’t had any issues with it. The Best Buy membership also provides great peace of mind when it comes to returns/exxhanges.

Great typing experience. Fits every need.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This product has been great for me. It makes typing and navigating my iPad pro very quick and seemless. Video editing has been a better experience since I started using the product and I find myself being more productive with it. It gives off that compact laptop feel and is portable. The magnets holding the ipad are very strong and the case itself has weight to it. I highly recommend this product!

It really seems like magic!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This keyboard is terrific!. It acts as a two-sided cover, but more importantly, it synchs automatically to the iPad as soon as you open it without you doing a thing. The keyboard is the same or better than a laptop keyboard, and it includes a touch pad. It's a bit pricey for an accessory, but I feel it is well worth every penny spent.
