I have the iPad Air 4th generation and I really questioned my purchase. Didn’t think it would be a perfect fit. If you are questioning yourself on buying it, my suggestion is to buy it. I don’t regret it.

Blows the cheap ones away

This one does, it makes email much easier. My only two complaints are it would be nice to have a more secure method of storing the apple pencil and that it provided a little more protection for the ipad its self

Great addition to my iPad Pro

This keyboard has been great. I use it everyday for watching videos and typing for everyday use. Definitely glad I made the purchase!

Kind of expensive but nice

I will say the magnetic way it connects to the ipad itself is cool and typing on it is really nice, but I am not sure if it is $330 nice.

This keyboard would be essential for someone who uses aniPad only, but as it is, I keep my iPad on the keyboard which undermines the differentiation between my MBP and iPad. I kind of wish I had just got the smart folio (no keyboard) which would invite me to use the iPad as a tablet.

It IS a costly item for Apple. They have always been an expensive for that product line but I do like it but not everyone could not have the means to pay what Apple charges
